Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, entering into a service agreement, or otherwise engaging with Pinnacle Kingstowne Concrete ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors to our website at kingstowneconcrete.com and to all customers who engage us for concrete contracting services.
Pinnacle Kingstowne Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Kingstowne, VA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk installation, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, garage floors, pool decks, steps, slab and foundation work, concrete cutting, and related services.
All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before any project begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Pinnacle Kingstowne Concrete are based on information gathered during an on-site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Prices may change if on-site conditions differ materially from what was observed at the time of the estimate - for example, if subsurface conditions, required permit scope, or project specifications change after work has begun. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the original estimate.
Verbal pricing discussions are not binding. All final pricing must be confirmed in a signed written agreement before work commences.
Project start dates are subject to weather conditions, permit approval timelines, and material availability. We will communicate any scheduling changes to you as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least five (5) business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than five business days notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, up to the amount of costs already incurred by the Company in preparation for your project.
Concrete work cannot be performed in certain weather conditions - including freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or extreme heat - that would compromise the quality of the pour. We reserve the right to reschedule any pour without penalty if conditions would risk the integrity of the finished work.
Payment terms will be set out in the written service agreement. In general, a deposit is required before project work begins, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be detailed in your contract.
Invoices not paid within the agreed payment period may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Virginia law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services on any project with a past-due balance until payment is received.
We accept payment in the forms specified in your written service agreement. We do not accept payment contingent on third-party financing approval unless explicitly agreed to in writing in advance.
Where required by Fairfax County or other applicable jurisdictions, the Company will obtain the necessary building or land development permits on your behalf. Permit fees, where applicable, will be reflected in the project estimate.
If your property is subject to homeowners association (HOA) rules, it is your responsibility to obtain any required HOA approval before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to assist with that process. Work that is halted or reversed due to missing HOA approval will not be the financial responsibility of the Company.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation that result from errors in our work - such as improper base preparation, inadequate control joints, or surface defects attributable to the pour process.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by: normal settling or minor surface cracking inherent to all concrete, misuse or improper maintenance by the property owner (including use of deicing salts), acts of nature, third-party damage, or conditions that existed prior to our work.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate from this workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pinnacle Kingstowne Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services we provide or your use of our website - including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage beyond the scope of the project itself.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; where such limitations are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
